HOW CAN WE COOPERATE WITH EACH OTHER? THREE WAYS HERE,
Ⅰ. Partnership Mode
- Partner Requirements:
- The company shall have a strong capability with trust and reliability, and key resources from local government, industry associations, enterprise or institute representatives.
- Annual sales amount shall not be lower than 1.5 Million USD ( If the target is not achieved, the uncompleted amount should be accumulated to the next year. Partnership would be revoked if the company fails to reach the goal for 3 consecutive years.)
- The company shall have access to local government connections to realize compliant barter trade operations.
- The company shall have the qualification to open up forward Letter of Credit in financial institutions.
- The company could provide physical sites for office spaces, equipment showroom, after-sales service centers and other scenes to meet the demands of daily office and business management.
- The company shall have positive contribution to the development of itself and TISEN, bringing actual business growth and enhanced value improvement to the both sides.
- Payment period for equipment distribution shall not exceed 6 months, if there is no cooperation with local financial institutions for loan installment.

- Professional training to sales and after-sales service team at the beginning of cooperation.

Ⅱ. Agent Mode
- Agent Requirements:
- The agent is responsible for selling, renting or after-sales servicing of TISEN products.
- Purchased equipment would be delivered after receiving full payment from the agent.
- TISEN Offers:
- Products distribution support if the agent is a family member of international students in China.
- Professional training to sales and after-sales service team at the beginning of cooperation.
- Appropriate financing guarantees.
- Online sales channel and social media marketing support.
- Bilateral marketing activities to open up local government channels.
- Exclusive agency for a specific region if applicable.
- Dividends reward if the agent achieves sales target.
Ⅲ. Sales Partner Mode
- Make direct sales of TISEN products, supervise and promote to the local company.
- Earn commission based on the total sales amount.
