On March 3rd, TISEN Heavy Industry and Lei Shing Hong Machinery, strategic partner of the global engineering machinery giant Caterpillar in China, jointly launched the ‘2025 First Self-Motivation Enhancement Training Camp’ in Hangzhou. This cooperation marks the formal establishment of a deep collaboration mechanism between the two companies to jointly build a renewal and upgrade system covering the entire equipment life cycle, creating higher value for customers in emerging markets worldwide.
As the official Caterpillar agent in China, Lei Shing Hong Machinery relies on its deep technical accumulation to provide equipment with intelligent diagnosis of power systems and core component renewal services, restoring the operating efficiency to more than 90% of the factory standard. TISEN Heavy Industry fully leverages its advantages in the engineering market for many years and establishes a dual-wheel drive system of ‘equipment renewal and upgrade + localized service’ in emerging markets such as Africa and Central Asia. By establishing a regional spare parts center and a localized technical team, it ensures that the service response time of the equipment throughout its life cycle is improved by 40%.
This strategic cooperation innovatively proposed a "three-cycle value multiplication plan": through modular upgrades and renovations, the equipment can continuously release value in the three stages of initial service, performance stabilization, and life extension operation. According to actual test data, the comprehensive performance of equipment using this solution can reach 90% of the same new model, while the investment cost is only 60 % of the newly purchased equipment, which is particularly in line with the dual needs of infrastructure projects in developing countries for equipment economy and environmental protection.
In terms of environmental protection, the engine emission standards have been upgraded from National II to National III and National IV, and the intelligent remote monitoring platform has reduced the unit energy consumption of the equipment by 18%, and increased carbon emissions by 22% compared with traditional models. This "green renewal" model not only extends the service life of the equipment by 3-5 years, but also achieves a resource recycling rate of over 90% through the recycling and remanufacturing of old parts, truly practicing the concept of sustainable development.
